Hoe werkt Headspace?

‘Er zijn drie levels van tien sessies, waarbij je kunt kiezen uit meditaties van drie, vijf of tien minuten. Als je echt nog nóóit gemediteerd hebt, kun je het beste beginnen met tien dagen lang drie minuten, daarna start je met tien dagen lang vijf minuten per dag en daarna verder gaan met tien dagen van tien minuten.

Headspace is een begrip geworden voor menigeen. Het is de naam van de populaire meditatie app van voormalig Boeddhistische monnik Andy Puddicombe. Hij gaf het monnikschap op, om mensen te helpen mediteren onderdeel van hun dagelijks leven te maken.

Headspace Helaas is het wel zo dat je om je volledige plan te kunnen volgen je een premium account moet nemen. 94,99 euro per jaar. De meditaties zijn fijn ingesproken en met goeie context. Alleen helaas wel allemaal in het Engels en met dezelfde stem.

Je kunt kiezen uit vijf verschillende gemoedstoestanden tijdens het rijden: bewust, helder, hoopvol, plezierig en open.
